My family are all artists. Considering we all work in different mediums, it's always a complimentary and exciting show when we exhibit together. Our families creative side has a long history with the Snowy Mountains region of N.S.W so from time to time we put on a big exhibition at the regional gallery in Cooma.

There will be four of us exhibiting together this year at the Raglan Gallery in Cooma from the 22nd September to the 22nd October:

- Jackie Gorring (my mum) - Prints and indoor sculpture. (link to Instagram above)

- Minna Graham (my sister) - Ceramics  (link to website above)

- Jesse Graham - Indoor /Outdoor sculpture

- Jo Graham- (my wife) - Jewellery

   COMING SOON

The five sculptures on display are the beginning of a temporary sculpture exhibition to liven up the area until it is developed. As it unfolds there will be more works with a maritime theme and other local sculptors will be invited to participate.

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE WORKS. THE AREA IS

UNDER CONSTANT SURVEILLANCE.

Sculptures on display;

1.Eagle and Tentacles- "Kraken Snacking" - who's snacking on who?

2. Ned Kelly helmets- "Kelly's Wardrobe" - The missing steel helmet and Gone to Glenrowan sign reveal the climactic period of Ned's life.

3. Scorpion - This is part of a set of deity statues that I made when I was in my early twenties.

4. Bruce Lee style figure punching fire - "Alter Ego" - After losing everything in the 2020 fires this work was a cathartic exercise. In contrast to a fragile ego at the time, I imagined an alter ego of a kung-fu master fighting fire with fire.

5. Upright horse sniffing flower - "Flower Power"

Thankyou so much to CEO Dean Muscat / Eden Local Aboriginal Land Council for letting us use the space temporarily!

Sculptures are not for sale at this early stage.
